With the regular Football League season now over two more Brentford’s young on loan players have returned to Griffin Park.
Luke Norris has been on loan at Sky Bet League Two Dagenham and Redbridge while Aaron Pierre has been playing in the same division for Wycombe Wanderers.
Luke played 19 games for the East London side and scored four goals.
He added that to five goals in 12 games on loan at Northampton Town earlier in the season and one goal for Brentford at the start of the campaign.
Aaron played eight games for Wycombe and scored once.
He helped them pull off a miraculous escape from relegation to non-league football with a last-day win at Torquay United.
Ose Aibangee, Brentford FC Academy Director, said: “This was a great chance for Aaron and Luke to go out and play in the Football League.
“It is one they took with both hands.
“Luke has now proved he can score goals at League Two level, and contribute in other ways, while Aaron played in games that he will remember for ever.
“He played a big part in helping Wycombe escape relegation and that will stand him in good stead in the coming years.
“We had excellent reports on those loan moves, both from the clubs and the players and, more importantly, Luke and Aaron have been a credit to Brentford Football Club in the way they have conducted themselves on and off the pitch.
“They have had a chance experience life outside Brentford and learn a bit more about being a footballer.
“This will help their development and their future career.
“We are happy with how these loans have gone.”
