Myles Peart-Harris helped Forest Green Rovers pick up their first win since December as they beat high-flying Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 in front of the Sky cameras on Sunday.

Jordon Garrick scored the only goal of the game, ten minutes before the break, to hand Duncan Ferguson his first win in charge of Forest Green.

Forest Green remain 11 points from safety with just eight games to play, the first of those coming away at Portsmouth next weekend.

Sky Bet League One

It was also a positive weekend for Paris Maghoma, MK Dons making it three wins on the spin to go four points clear of the relegation zone.

Paris was awarded the sponsor's Man of the Match award for his performance in the 1-0 win over Morecambe. The only goal came just before the hour, Jonathan Leko tapping home just before the hour.

MK are now 19th in the table ahead of their trip to Wycombe Wanderers next weekend.

Aaron Pressley and Accrington Stanley are heading in the opposite direction, however, with defeats to Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City seeing them remain inside the bottom four.

Aaron played 85 minutes in midweek as they were beaten 2-0 by league leaders Plymouth Argyle. The striker was then introduced at half-time of their 5-0 defeat at Exeter City on Saturday.

A point from safety, Accrington now don’t play until Good Friday due to Bolton Wanderers involvement in next weekend’s Papa John’s Trophy final.

Ellery Balcombe had no game this weekend with Bristol Rovers’ trip to Shrewsbury Town postponed due to international call-ups.

They are also without a game until the Easter weekend with Plymouth Argyle also heading to Wembley next weekend for the EFL Trophy.

Sky Bet League Two

Lachlan Brook wasn’t involved in Crewe Alexandra’s defeat to Gillingham in midweek, after he joined up with Australia’s Under-23s for a friendly against Switzerland.

The 2-1 loss leaves The Railwaymen 10 points above the drop zone with nine to play.

Their weekend visit to Bradford City was postponed due to international call-ups.

Brook will return to Crewe this week ahead of their weekend visit to Doncaster Rovers.
