Paris Maghoma netted for Bolton Wanderers on Saturday as the Trotters shared six goals with Charlton Athletic at the Toughsheet Community Stadium in Sky Bet League One.

The midfielder curled home a sublime solo effort from the edge of the box to make it 2-2 just after the restart. A goal-laden afternoon continued with Daniel Kanu and Jón Daði Böðvarsson netting in the final half an hour to ensure the points were shared.

Maghoma played 83 minutes on Saturday, having played 88 minutes on Tuesday as Bolton beat Wycombe Wanderers 2-1 on home soil.

Bolton are currently third in the League One table, three points off the automatic promotion places with two games in hand. The first of those is on Tuesday at Cambridge United before Saturday’s trip to Blackpool.

Myles Peart-Harris was also on target this week, helping top-of-the-table Portsmouth extend their winning run to four league matches.

Peart-Harris netted Pompey’s second on Tuesday night from close range as they came from behind to beat Cambridge United 3-1.

Then on Saturday, Portsmouth beat Reading 4-1 at home; Peart-Harris missing the game due to a thigh injury.

Six points clear of second, Portsmouth head to Charlton Athletic on Saturday.

Tristan Crama was in action twice for Bristol Rovers over the past seven days.

On Tuesday the defender played 90 minutes as the Gas came from two down to beat Stevenage 3-2 on the road. He then played the first half of Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Northampton Town.

Matt Cox was an unused substitute for both games – results which leave Rovers 12th in the table ahead of Saturday’s visit from Carlisle United.

Charlie Goode played 90 minutes for Wigan Athletic on Tuesday night; the Latics beaten 4-2 away at Oxford United.

The defender was then absent on Saturday for a Wigan side that won 1-0 at Shrewsbury Town.

Eight points clear of the drop zone, Wigan host Cheltenham Town on Friday night.

Michael Olakigbe and Peterborough United saw their midweek visit from Port Vale postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. Then on Saturday, Olakigbe was an unused substitute as Posh were beaten 2-1 at home to Blackpool.

The two sides meet again tomorrow night in the EFL Trophy semi-final, this time at Bloomfield Road, before Peterborough head to Cambridge United on Saturday.

Fin Stevens missed both of Oxford United’s games this week due to injury. In his absence, the U’s took four points to move back into the League One play-off places.

Oxford can cement their spot in the top six with home games against Northampton Town and Leyton Orient this week.

In Daniel Oyegoke’s continued absence, Bradford City won twice this week to close the gap on the play-off places.

Seventh to 14th in League Two are covered by just two points with the 13th-placed Bantams hosting Wycombe Wanderers in the EFL Trophy semi-final on Wednesday night. They then head to Barrow in the league on Saturday.
