Fin Stevens and Michael Olakigbe will face each other in the Sky Bet League One play-offs after Oxford United and Peterborough finished fifth and fourth respectively in the third-tier table.

Oxford booked their spot in the play-offs thanks to a 2-1 victory at Exeter City on the final day. The U’s led 2-0 at the break thanks to goals from Mark Harris and Cameron Brannagan but Millenic Alli’s 52nd-minute strike made for a nervy finish.

However, United, for whom Stevens played the full 90 minutes, held on to leapfrog Barnsley and Lincoln City up to fifth.

Stevens ended the regular season with 41 appearances to his name, 34 in League One, contributing one goal and five assists.

Olakigbe returned to the Peterborough squad for their 3-3 draw with Bolton Wanderers after a month out injured.

The first leg of the semi-final is at Kassam Stadium on Saturday with the return leg on 8 May.

Another side heading into the play-offs are Paris Maghoma’s Bolton Wanderers.

Maghoma missed their final day draw due to illness after a superb spell with the Trotters. Named their Young Player of the Year, Maghoma has scored eight goals, and provided four assists, in 37 appearances.

Bolton will take on Barnsley in the play-offs, with the first leg at Oakwell on Friday night before they head to Toughsheet Community Stadium for the second leg next Tuesday.

Myles Peart-Harris bid farewell to champions Portsmouth with the opening goal in their 2-0 victory over Lincoln City at Sincil Bank.

Peart-Harris swept home from 15 yards to put Pompey ahead with nine minutes to play.

And their 28th win of an incredible campaign was wrapped up 12 minutes into stoppage-time through Paddy Lane.

Peart-Harris scored twice in 12 appearances for Portsmouth who ended the season five points clear at the top of the table.

None of Charlie Goode, Matt Cox or Tristan Crama featured as Wigan Athletic beat Bristol Rovers 2-0 on Saturday.

Josh Magennis and Jonny Smith got the goals either side of the interval to lift Wigan to 12th in the final table, three places and five points above Rovers.

Goode played 13 times for the Latics after arriving in January.

Cox played 34 games for Bristol Rovers, keeping three clean sheets, the same number as Crama who saw his campaign cut short in March due to injury.

In Sky Bet League Two, Daniel Oyegoke and Bradford City suffered final day disappointment as they missed out on the play-offs by a single point, despite winning their final five games.

Oyegoke played the full 90 in both their games this week as Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Barrow set the Bantams up for a dramatic final day.

However, despite their 4-1 victory over Newport County, Barrow’s draw and Crawley’s victory resulted in a ninth-place finish for City.

Oyegoke featured 28 times for Bradford this season, including starting their final nine league games after returning from injury.
