Will Grigg netted his 21st goal of the season as MK Dons thrashed Leyton Orient 6-1 to move within a point of second-placed Preston North End at the top of Sky Bet League One.

Dean Bowditch and Rob Hall gave The Dons an early 2-0 lead which Will added to from the penalty spot to take his tally to nine goals in his last nine matches.

Hall added further goals either side of half-time to complete his hat-trick as The Dons led 5-0 after just 51 minutes.
