With the penultimate match of the English football season set to take place this afternoon, 23 of the 24 teams that will be playing in the second tier next term are confirmed.
Brentford will be playing in the Sky Bet Championship next season and they now know all but one of their opponents.

The three teams relegated from the Premier League have now been confirmed – Hull City, Burnley and Queens Park Rangers – as have the three teams promoted from Sky Bet League One – Bristol City, Milton Keynes Dons and Preston North End.
The 24th place in the 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship will be decided today, Monday May 25.
Middlesbrough face Norwich City in the 2015 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final and the loser will be Brentford’s final opponents next season.
