With the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs now complete, 21 of the 24 teams that will be playing in the second tier next term are confirmed.

Two of the three teams relegated from the Premier League have been confirmed – Burnley and Queens Park Rangers – as have two of the three teams promoted from Sky Bet League One – Bristol City and Milton Keynes Dons.
The final three teams playing in the 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship will be decided in the next eight days.
The loser of the 2015 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final – Middlesbrough or Norwich City – will joined by the winner of the League One Play-Off Final – Preston North End or Swindon Town.
The final team will be the third relegated from the Premier League – Hull City, Newcastle United or Sunderland.
