The ground is around a mile and a half from the A37 and is accessed by turning on to Thorne Lane, Western Avenue, Copse Way and then Lufton Way.
Drivers can also stay on the A303 slightly longer and turn on to the A3088 to meet Western Avenue or travel via the M4 and M5 to junction 25 and then take the A358 to meet the A303.
There is car parking available at the ground for a fee.
Yeovil Pen Mill is the nearest station to Huish Park but it is almost three miles away, Yeovil Junction is even further away.
Yeovil Pen Mill is served by First Great Western services and supporters will need to need to go from Paddington or Reading to Castle Cary and then change.
Yeovil Junction is served by South West Trains from Waterloo.
The Supporters' Association will be running coaches to every game this season - details of times and prices will be announced in due course.
THE RECENT HISTORY
Yeovil Town ensured this will be their eighth successive season in League One with a decent run of form at the end of last term.
This will be Yeovil's ninth season in the Football League after promotion in 2003 under Gary Johnson.
They were one of the biggest clubs on the non-league scene before promotion and won League Two at the second attempt in 2005.
They almost went even better in 2007 when Russell Slade led them to the League One Play-Off Final but they were beaten by Blackpool.
Last season's finish was their highest since that season.
THE MANAGER
Gary Johnson returned to Huish Park in January 2012, with manager Terry Skiverton standing down to become Johnson's assistant.
He steered The Glovers to seventeenth place at the season's end when at times it looked as if they may return to the basement.
Yeovil Town was where Johnson first made his managerial mark, winning the FA Trophy and Conference, together with a debut league season promotion in 2003/2004.
When Bristol City looked for a new manager to replace Brian Tinnion, he was the natural choice, taking a relegation threatened Robins' side to promotion within eighteen months.
The project in Bristol would have been even sweeter in 2008 but Bristol City lost to Hull City in the Championship play-off final.
After leaving City, he managed Peterborough United and Northampton Town briefly, before returning to Somerset.
He is the nephew of former Brentford Chief Scout John Griffin.
THE TOP SCORER
Andy Williams will be at pastures new for 2012/13 as declined Yeovil's new contract offer and joined Swindon Town on a Bosman.
He started his career at Hereford United before moving to Bristol Rovers in 2007.
Arriving at Huish Park in the summer of 2010, he scored sixteen league goals last season, ten clear of Kieran Agard.
THE KEY MEN
As expected, Gary Johnson instigated a clear out this summer in preparation for the coming season.
Keanu Marsh-Brown from Oldham Athletic has joined, in addition to Richard Hinds (Lincoln City), Sam Foley (Newport County), ex-Bee Reuben Reid (Oldham Athletic), Jamie McAllister (Bristol City), James Hayter (Doncaster Rovers), Lewis Young (Northampton Town), and Nathan Ralph (Peterborough United).
Johnson released Kieran Agard, Rhys Baggridge, Lewis Clarke, Rob Clowes, Billy Gibson, Paul Huntington, Nathan Jones.
Ex-Arsenal defender Luke Ayling has been a regular in the Yeovil back four since his move from The Emirates.
The 21-year-old made 44 league appearances last season and has cleaned up his disciplinary issues from 2010/2011 where he received thirteen yellow and two red cards.
