An extended Caoimhín Kelleher interview features in the matchday programme for Sunday's Premier League game between Brentford and Manchester City at Gtech Community Stadium.

The goalkeeper discusses his time at Liverpool working with Alisson, winning the Champions League and Premier League, and his time at Brentford so far, including that penalty save against Manchester United last weekend.

“I’m still settling in and getting to know the team and my team-mates which will take a bit of time, but I can feel it getting stronger and stronger," says Kelleher.

“At Liverpool, I would play and then come out of the team and not play again for a while; here, I’m playing week in, week out and it’s taken some getting used to, but I’m really happy to be doing it and I’m getting there, for sure.

“At Liverpool, we would dominate the opposition a bit more and I wouldn’t see as much action. Here, we’re defending more crosses and shots, which is going to take some adaptation.

“That, along with everything that comes with a transfer, moving to a different city and settling in at a new club, but I feel like I’m getting there. It’s important for me to play every week and get that rhythm.”
