Brentford concluded their IMG Boys Invitational Cup campaign as they finished joint 5th following a 2-2 draw with the US Men's National Team U17s on Sunday.
Goals from Bradley Clayton and Courtney Senior saw The Bees come from 2-0 down to secure the draw and finish 5th at the IMG Cup Super Group.
Jon De Souza's side came third in their Super Group at the competition after one win, one draw and a defeat.
A 3-0 defeat to Stevenage was followed up by a 1-0 win over Black Rock FC and Saturday's 1-1 draw with hosts IMG Academy.
Speaking after the 2-2 draw against USMNT U17's Academy Director Ose Aibangee said: "The fact that Black Rock FC made the final shows how close we were.
"This tournament shows the fine margins in football.
"With a little bit of luck we could have made the final and even won the tournament.
"It was a good learning trip and we learnt a lot about the boys on and off the pitch.
"It was a great experience for both the boys and the staff."
