Gustav heads away full of confidence after netting a hat-trick for Neil MacFarlane's Brentford B last Wednesday during their London Senior Cup Semi-Final win over Erith. That treble included the last goal ever scored at Griffin Park by a Brentford player and took his tally to four in two games this campaign. On Saturday he also played the final half-hour of our 2-1 friendly defeat to West Ham United at the London Stadium.
The game against The Germans is in preparation for next month's Under-19 European Championship Elite Qualifying Round fixtures. The Danes have been drawn at home alongside England, Ukraine, and Latvia in Group 4 with the winners booking their spot at next summer's finals in Northern Ireland.
Gustav has ten caps to his name at Under-19 level, scoring three times. He netted on his most recent outing, a 1-1 draw against Spain in February. In total he has nine goals in 37 appearances for his nation at four age levels.
