Brentford FC Futsal Club face Norwich City at The Copper Box on Wednesday, in a game which both Brentford ‘A’ and ‘B’ must win if they have any ambitions in challenging for the League One and Two titles and also help to consolidate their Play-off berths. The A team won 5-3 win against Southampton a fortnight ago at Barking. The Bees were leading 1-0 when they had Brad Scott dismissed but survived the two minute power play. Leading 4-0 at half-time, a serious injury meant that they had to play the most of the second half without any substitutes. Despite this, a resilient performance saw Brentford secure the points.

Norwich City, who remain unbeaten in each of the three South East Divisions, beat the ‘A’s 6-1 and in a tight ‘B’ team match, edged it 4-3. Both Bees squads will be at full strength for the morning matches and with the top four goal scorers (two each) in League One from the Bees and Canaries, goals could be the order of the day.
