Brentford B defender David Titov made his bow on the international stage yesterday. The 18-year-old is with Latvia Under-19 squad for a Baltic Cup tournament and played 90 minutes in his first international appearance yesterday. Latvia beat Estonia 4-0 in the first match of the Under-19 tournament yesterday afternoon and David played his part in that win.

Latvia will play Lithuania today, Thursday 7 June, and then Finland Under-18 on Saturday in their final two matches. David has played for his country in training matches but made his first international appearance in yesterday’s match.
David made 24 appearances for Kevin O'Connor's B Team this season, scoring once. The defender, who joined the club in 2015, also agreed an 18-month deal in December, extending his stay in West London until summer 2019.
Meanwhile, England Under-21 reached the final of the Toulon Tournament by beating Scotland yesterday afternoon. Brentford B goalkeeper Ellery Balcombe is training with the group in France but was not involved in the match.
