Frank McParland celebrated a year as Sporting Director at Brentford last week, a year that saw The Bees promoted from Sky Bet League One and ends with them in the Sky Bet Championship Play-off places.

After reaching the milestone Frank spoke to Bees Player about the last year and looked forward to both his and his squad's future.
