Brentford have teamed up with Fantasy Football Scout to help bring you hints, tips and advice during the 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season.
Scout will be using their expertise to provide info, advice and Gameweek tips which may prove useful in ensuring you sit on top of your mini-leagues.
Best of the Bees
Gameweek 35 brought the Bees their eighth home win of the season, beating West Ham 3-0. Igor Thiago (£7.4m) has now registered 22 Premier League goals this season, with only Erling Haaland (£14.6m) scoring more in the race for the Golden Boot this season.
There were FPL points galore across the Brentford team, with the defenders all registering clean sheet points, and many also picking up additional points.
Goalkeeper Caoimhín Kelleher (£4.8m) kept his tenth clean sheet of the season, which only four goalkeepers in the league can better. Kelleher also registered a save point for making four saves as well as a bonus point.
However, it was Keane Lewis-Potter (£4.8m) who really shone from the Brentford defence. Lewis-Potter registered a team-leading 11 points for his clean sheet, assist and two bonus points.
Mikkel Damsgaard (£5.6m) also registered 11 points. The midfielder scored, registered a clean sheet point and was rewarded with all three bonus points.
The Spotlight
Forward Thiago is chasing down Haaland in the race for this season's Golden Boot. The forward has scored four goals in the last six Gameweeks, which is tied first across all of the forwards in the game.
In the last six, Thiago has had 12 shots, of which seven have been classified as big chances.
Best of the Rest
Arsenal’s Viktor Gyökeres (£8.8m) and Taiwo Awoniyi (£5.2m) were Gameweek 35’s top-scoring players. The forwards both registered 16 points for two goals, one assist and three bonus points each.
They registered just one point more than Manchester City’s Jérémy Doku (£6.4m), who registered 15 points. The midfielder has now returned in three of the last four Premier League matches City have played.
Marcos Senesi (£5.2m) registered a 14-point haul in Gameweek 35. The Bournemouth defender registered a clean sheet, an assist, two defensive contribution points and all three bonus points. Senesi has now registered 46 defensive contribution points, more than any other defender in the game.
Liverpool’s Dominik Szoboszlai (£7.0m) registered 13 points in the defeat to Manchester United. The midfielder scored, registered an assist and all three bonus points.
In Demand
City’s Rayan Cherki (£6.6m), Haaland and Nico O’Reilly (£5.2m) are three of the top four most transferred in. Pep Guardiola's side have two fixtures in Gameweek 36.
After an impressive performance in Gameweek 35, Arsenal’s Gyokeres is the third-most transferred-in player ahead of Arsenal’s match against West Ham on Sunday.
Palace duo Ismaïla Sarr (£6.4m) and Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.6m) are also proving popular. They are the fifth and sixth most transferred-in players ahead of Palace’s Double Gameweek fixtures against Everton and City.
Captaincy
In Gameweek 36, despite facing the Bees, Haaland is likely to be the most captained as the forward has two matches scheduled.
Managers trying to chase down a mini-league leader or simply improve their worldwide rank could opt for a differential.
Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka (£9.8m) returned to the starting XI in Gameweek 35 and immediately registered a goal and an assist, picking up 11 points. The midfielder could be a good differential option against a West Ham side without a clean sheet in their last two matches.
