The 27-year-old was presented with his award following our season finale against Hull City earlier this month.

Florian enjoyed a fine first full season in England following his arrival at Griffin Park in January 2017. The Dutchman netted seven goals, with eight assists, in 43 appearances this term. Florian found the net in home wins over QPR and Birmingham City as Dean Smith's side went on to record a fourth straight top ten finish in the Sky Bet Championship.
