Brentford head coach Keith Andrews has spoken about his relationship with the Bees fans, after his passionate celebrations following the 4-2 win over Everton in the Premier League.
After the victory, an animated Andrews went over to the supporters, who made the long trip to Merseyside, and celebrated with them after picking up a crucial three points at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
And the Bees boss insisted that his post-match reactions will only ever be "natural and authentic", as he continues to strengthen his relationship with the supporters.
"I've felt a connection with the fans throughout my time here," said Andrews.
"You see other managers and the way they go to their respective fanbases; for me, it needs to be natural, it needs to be authentic, it needs to be real.
"Nothing I ever really do is planned, apart from obviously always acknowledging the fans before and after games.
"I'm trying to be very humble about where I've been, where I'm trying to bring this team, and the role I play within this football club.
"[The Everton celebrations] certainly weren't planned! I always try to stay true to myself: real and authentic."
