Sales of Play-Off Final tickets to Frozen Season Ticket Holders and Premium Seat Holders who have more than 2,850 Ticket Access Points (TAPs) have now ended.

Those supporters had two days to buy their ticket for the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final against Swansea City on Saturday 29 May, 3pm kick-off. The next stage in our ticket sales process will begin shortly.

As we’ve previously communicated, any remaining tickets would go on-sale to those Frozen Season Ticket Holders and Premium Seat Holders next in TAPs priority. Those in that eligible group who have more than 2,600 TAPs will receive an email from us this evening, Tuesday 25 May. This will give them a chance to buy a ticket for the match. They have until 10pm tomorrow, Wednesday, to make their purchase.

Any tickets purchased after 12 noon on Wednesday will need to be collected at the Box Office at Brentford Community Stadium (Open Wed-Fri, 10am-5pm). If you don’t receive an email and/or want to check your TAPs – log in to your Ticketing Account here (or read more here).

In line with the Government’s current Covid-19 restrictions, Wembley will have a maximum 10,000 capacity for this match. This means fewer than 4,000 General Admission tickets have been allocated to each finalist. We did make a request yesterday for more tickets to be made available – see more here.

Full ticketing information for the game was released on Sunday.

We have also run a ‘Lucky Dip’ for 50 pairs of tickets for our frozen Season Ticket Holders that are under the age of 18 and under the 2,850 TAP threshold, as detailed in the link above. That process has now been completed and all tickets allocated.

All remaining tickets are Category 2 and priced at £55 adults and £27.50 for seniors and under-16s

Supporters can use our Friends and Family functionality to sit in groups of up to six eligible fans. Read more about Friends and Family here. If you want to sit close to those in your group, please ensure that you all select the same category. Wembley rules state, all under-16s must be accompanied by an Adult.

We know there will be many disappointed Bees fans at the end of this process, and we are incredibly sad that we cannot play in front of all our fans. We share your frustrations and thank you for your understanding. The team will be giving everything they have, for all of you, whether you’re in the stands or watching on TV.
