Brentford were narrowly beaten 2-1 by FC Barcelona last night in a prestigious friendly held at the club's La Masia Training Complex.

Danny Parish gave Brentford an 11th minute lead but goals from Porquemos and Edgar put the hosts in front at half-time.

Danny Buck's side threw everything at the Catalan giants in the second-half but couldn't find the equaliser.
