Development Squad midfield player Emmanuel Oyeleke has joined Woking on loan.

Emmanuel, better known to most as Manny, linked up the with the Vanarama Conference Play-Off chasers today, Thursday March 26.

He will stay with the Surrey side until April 25.

Manny has spent much of the past two seasons out of loan with Woking’s Conference rivals Aldershot Town.

He played 11 games for The Shots in all competitions during a loan earlier this season after making 40 appearances for the Hampshire side last term, scoring five goals.

Ose Aibangee, Brentford FC Academy Director, said: “Manny had a good loan spell at Aldershot earlier this season and has done well for them.

“Woking will be a new environment for him and he will learn from his time there.

“Woking are in a battle for a Play-Off place and Manny will play in a lot of important games over the next few weeks.

“He will get more First Team experience and that is important for him at this stage of his career.”

Manny, who can also play at right back, signed a new one-year contract in the summer.

He made his Brentford debut in an FA Cup Second Round tie against Wrexham in December 2011 and has made two further appearances for The Bees, in a League One game against Milton Keynes Dons and in a Capital One Cup tie against Dagenham and Redbridge.

The 22-year-old has played 11 Under-21 Professional Development League Two games for the Development Squad this season and scored once.

Woking are sixth in the Conference, just a point outside the Play-Off places, with six games to go.
