Referee: Dean Whitestone

Assistant Referee: Geoffrey Russell and Adrian Waters

Fourth Official: Alan Young

Dean Whitestone is one of the longest serving referees in the professional game, having taken charge of his first EFL match back in 2005.

His first Brentford game was a 1-1 draw at home to Bristol City in October 2006 and since then he has gone on to referee a further 15 Bees outings, including our EFL Cup Fourth Round tie at Birmingham City in 2010.

After a two-year absence, the Northamptonshire official's two outings this year have both been defeats on the road; a 1-0 reverse at Nottingham Forest in October and December's 2-1 loss at Sheffield Wednesday.

In total we have won six, lost six, and drawn four of his 16 games in charge.

So far this season, Whitestone has taken charge of 26 games in the EFL, EFL Cup, and FA Cup showing 73 yellow cards and three red cards.
