Brentford was recently invited to Tampa Bay, Florida for another Premier League Mornings Live event, hosted by NBC Sports.

US-based Bees fans flocked to The Sunshine State for a live viewing of Brentford’s Premier League fixture against Fulham and other activities.

Twice a season, thousands of American fans attend Premier League Mornings Live events, where cities in the US are the setting for incredible fan experiences hosted by Premier League teams.

With April's event taking place in Tampa Bay, it was the perfect place for Brentford to give Bees fans an unforgettable weekend, combining exclusive access to players and legends with the local attractions highlighted by the club’s official North American destination partner, Visit Tampa Bay.

The weekend began in the early hours of Saturday morning when Brentford v Fulham in the Premier League kicked off at 7.30am local time.

Afterwards, fans were invited to a Q&A session with first-team players Fábio Carvalho, Antoni Milambo, and club ambassador Marcus Gayle for a chance to hear why American support is so important to the club.

Hundreds of fans took part in our Michael Kayode-inspired Long Throw Challenge to see if they could match the Italian’s accuracy from the sidelines. Thousands of items of merchandise were handed out to visitors over the weekend.

Outside of the event, Carvalho and Milambo visited Tampa Bay Lightning hockey arena to trade playing shirts with the team, while Gayle enjoyed a tour of Tampa Rays’ stadium.

Gayle also reconnected with our friends at Visit Tampa Bay, an official partner of the club, who will be taking over Brentford’s next home game against West Ham United at Gtech Community Stadium.

At the match, they will give one lucky fan the chance to win a holiday of a lifetime to Tampa Bay. Visit Tampa Bay CEO, Santiago Corrada, welcomed Gayle for a meet and greet with their staff, and everyone received a 2025/26 Brentford home shirt.

Thank you to our US fans who made the journey to Tampa Bay for another great event.
