Brentford is offering fans a 50 per cent subsidy on tickets for the upcoming Premier League match against Everton at Goodison Park.

This decision comes in response to a change in the kick-off time, now set for 5.30pm on Saturday 27 April, due to television coverage on Sky Sports, but subject to further change depending on Manchester City’s progress in the UEFA Champions League.

The discounted tickets are priced £15 for adults, £12.50 for fans aged 65 and over, and £10 for under-18s.

Tickets for the Category B away match go on sale today at 2pm to season ticket and premium seat holders. All My Bees members can purchase from Thursday 11 April at 2pm.

Sally Stephens, Brentford’s fan and community relations director, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer discounted tickets for the Everton game given the fixture disruption and the possibility of a further change to the kick-off time.

“By offering tickets at a reduced price, we hope to encourage as many fans as possible to make the trip up to Liverpool for this crucial game.

“We understand the commitment of the fans who follow Brentford around the country to back Thomas and the team. This is a small gesture to say ‘thank you’ and to acknowledge the uncertainty surrounding this particular game."

She added: “We did consider putting on free coach travel, something which was initially suggested by BIAS, but we know many fans will travel by car or may have already booked their train tickets.

"So, we felt that by covering part of the ticket costs, it would mean that all fans attending could benefit.”

Fans should be aware that the fixture may shift to Sunday 28 April at 4.30pm, depending on Man City's participation in the Champions League the following Tuesday.
