Brentford has published its workforce diversity data as a part of the Football Association’s Rule N reporting.
All professional clubs are required to publish their workforce diversity data biannually.
The data replicates what is already collected as part of Premier League Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standard (PLEDIS) and the EFL's equivalent strategy, Together.
The FA Rule N, which came into effect this year, replaces the Football Leadership Diversity Code.
The report details figures on the club’s workforce including board, senior leadership, coaching staff and other employees.
Data covers age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and ethnicity.
Brentford is committed to putting inclusivity at the heart of the club and believe football is for everyone.
