Brentford has published its equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) report for 2025.

The report outlines the club’s work in EDI across four key pillars: data and compliance, learning and development, policies and process, and culture.

Fans can read our report to review the progress made throughout the 2024/25 season to make Brentford an inclusive, welcoming place for all.

Our work in this space was this year rewarded with Brentford achieving the intermediate level of the Premier League Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standard (PLEDIS), in recognition of our continued commitment to embed EDI across the organisation.

The season concluded with a silver award in the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion category at the Football Business Awards, and our EDI activity was a key contributor to Brentford winning Club of the Year at the ceremony.

Brentford chief executive Jon Varney said: “There is no doubt that diversity makes us stronger both on and off the pitch, and the progress we have made this year reiterates our commitment to placing inclusivity at the heart of everything we do.

“We know this work can never stop and we will continue to push forward with initiatives, policies and programmes to help ensure more people from all backgrounds can access football and thrive within it.”
