Brentford Women will take on FA National League side Maidenhead United in a pre-season fixture on Wednesday 19 July at Bedfont Sports Club in a 3pm kick-off.

Our women’s first team have previously played two times as part of their pre-season schedule having faced Haywards Heath Town and most recently Ascot United.

The side coached by Karleigh Osborne have had a positive pre-season campaign so far and will test themselves again against another team who compete in a higher division. Maidenhead will travel to Bedfont Sports Club for the second time this year after previously drawing 2-2 with the Bees in a friendly back in January.

Last time out

The Bees put in a stunning performance on Sunday against tier-five outfit Ascot United with Chloe Logie netting four goals as the striker returned to the side after being absent in the first pre-season game against Haywards Heath Town. Nikki Woods also scored for Brentford directly from a corner kick as Osborne’s side cruised to an impressive 5-0 victory.
