Brentford Women take on league leaders Sport London E Benfica in the London South East Division One North on Sunday at Bedfont Sports Club in a 3pm kick-off.

It’s first against third as the Bees, who are unbeaten this year, will aim to close the gap on league leaders Sport London.

Sunday’s visitors currently have 48 points while Brentford are on 35 but with four games in hand over the table toppers.

It was a tough fixture as the away side defended well for large parts of the game.

However, Brentford secured the victory needed to keep the title in their hands, as Logie struck early in the game and Matthews sealing the victory with a strike deep into second-half stoppage-time.
