Brentford will play AFC Bournemouth in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi-Finals. The Bees were already confirmed in third place before they beat Bristol City this afternoon. The victory was enough for them to end the season on 87 points, their highest ever at this level.

Bournemouth ended the season with a defeat to Stoke City. They started the day in fifth but were overtaken by Barnsley. Barnsley climbed above Bournemouth after a draw with Norwich City, who are already confirmed as league champions.

The First Leg of our tie will be played on Monday 17 May. That match will kick-off at 6pm. The Second Leg will be at our new stadium on Saturday 22 May and will kick-off at 12.30pm.

The other tie will see Barnsley face Swansea City. Swansea will have home advantage for the Second Leg, after securing fourth place in the table today, despite defeat to Watford. That game is expected to be played on 17 May at 8.15pm. The Second Leg will be played on 22 May at 5.30pm.

All Play-Off games will be live on Sky Sports, the EFL's broadcast partner. There will be audio coverage on iFollow Brentford but video streams will not be available for these games. More information on the Play-Offs will follow soon.
