Brentford will kick off their Milk Cup campaign against local side County Down when the 2015 Dale Farm Milk Cup starts later this month in Northern Ireland.

The Bees are once again sending an Under-15s team to compete in the Junior Section of the prestigious Youth Football tournament which they won back in 2012.

The tournament, played across the North East of the province, sees teams play three group stage matches before progressing on to semi-finals and finals.

Danny Buck’s side will begin their campaign on Monday 27 July by taking on County Down at Clough in Ballymena, 12 noon kick-off, before taking on American side Strikers at Roe Mill, Limavady 24 hours later.

They will then finish their group stage matches against Plymouth Argyle on Wednesday 29th July at Parker Avenue in Portrush, 1 30pm kick-off.

After their three group games the points are added together to form an overall league table from the 24 teams entered with the top four teams competing for the overall Milk Cup title while the remaining teams enter a series of competitions for the remaining places.

The Semi-Finals will be played on Thursday while the finals are all played on Friday culminating in the Dale Farm Milk Cup final on Friday afternoon.

Brentford’s Under-15s will be hoping to continue their fine recent showings at the Milk Cup after winning the Globe competition in 2014, finishing runners-up in the Vase competition in 2013 and winning the Milk Cup in 2012.

There will be full coverage of all matches at the Milk Cup on Brentford’s website and Social Media throughout the tournament.
