The past week saw nine Brentford players in action for their national sides, here we round up the action in one place.

Romaine Sawyers played his part in St Kitts and Nevis winning 10-0 over French Saint Martin in the Caribbean. The side ranked 134th in the world are now 5th in the CONCACAF Nations League and face their toughest test in November when third-place Canada visit Basseterre.

Ezri Konsa scored his first goal for England Under-21s as the Three Lions roared to a 7-0 victory over Andorra, confirming their place in Italy 2019 for the European Championship. He also won the second-half penalty that saw Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin convert the fourth goal from the spot.

Last Saturday, Henrik Dalsgaard earned cap number 18 for Denmark in a goalless draw with Republic of Ireland, keeping The Danes top of Group B4 in the Nations League. He then sat out of a friendly with Austria on home soil, the squad winning 2-0 at MCH Arena - the home of FC Midtjylland.

Kamohelo Mokotjo played in both of South Africa's fixtures with Seychelles, which turned into a 6-0 win before a 0-0 draw a few days later. The midfielder now has 13 caps for Bafana Bafana, who play Nigeria next in November.

Chris Mepham (Wales) and Mads Bech Sorensen (Denmark U20) both missed out on international duty at First Team level, both heading back to Jersey Road for treatment instead.

From Brentford B, Luka Racic got his first two appearances in the Denmark Under-20 side as they beat Russia 3-0 and then lost 3-1 to Sweden. These were Racic's first couple of outings since his picked up a hamstring injury last month.

Jan Zamburek made his 31st appearance for a Czech Republic youth team as the Under-18 squad drew 2-2 with England at St George's Park last week. He also played in the 1-0 win over Sweden and the 2-1 defeat to Holland away from home.

Goalkeeper Simon Andersson was also involved at St George's Park in Burton, getting 90 minutes in Sweden U18s' 4-0 defeat to England. He sat out their next match against Czech Republic, missing out on the chance to face his Brentford teammate.

David Titov played two games for Latvia Under-19s this week. He played 90 minutes in a 2-0 win over Greece on Friday before coming off at half-time as as Greece rallied to win 3-0 in their second fixture.

Jaakko Oksanen captained his Finland Under-19 side in three games as they were eliminated from UEFA European Championship qualifying. Hosted in Estonia, the four-team tournament saw Italy and Denmark youth sides progress to the Elite Stage. Oksanen now has 16 youth caps for the Finnish side.

Kolbeinn Finnsson missed out on any action during the break as he received his first call-up for Iceland's Under-21 side. The squad missed out on qualification to Italy 2019, losing 1-0 to Northern Ireland and then 7-2 to Spain.
