Brentford FC will utilise the Kairos platform for the 2021/22 Premier League campaign. Focussed on matchday preparation, Kairos’ industry-leading platform will provide an intuitive, robust and secure way to support the Club’s squads and backroom staff to simplify scheduling and streamline communications.
Kairos equip and empower teams across the globe, working alongside organisations from the Premier League, the EFL, the MLS, Premiership Rugby and Pro 14 to maximise elite sports performance through excellent planning and unparalleled communication. The online platform provides the tools to ensure that all matches, appointments, sessions – group-based and one-to-one – and all other scheduled activities are centralised in one easy-to-access location. Team communications are also timely and relevant to each staff member and player. Kairos also ensures players are more engaged and empowered to manage their individual schedules.
Luke Stopforth, Brentford Head of Data and Technology, said: “To compete at the very highest level, you need to have the tools in place that can maximise staff and player time. Kairos allows us to dramatically reduce the number of platforms we used to manage all of the 1,000s of interactions players and staff would have into one easy to use platform. It was a simple decision for us to bring on the platform.”
Andrew Trimble, Kairos’ Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, added: “We are delighted to be working alongside Brentford FC. We’re keen admirers of the Club and have delighted in seeing them develop over the last few years. They are an ambitious and innovative club, so it only made sense for them to bring Kairos into their day to day operations. We can’t wait to support them in their first ever year in the Premier League.”
