Brentford FC are inviting applications for a Head of Individual Development. The successful candidate will report to the Club's Co-Directors of Football. The Head of Individual Development will play a key role in the coaching team, providing insight in to individual player development both while at the Club and when players are on loan elsewhere.

The Head of Individual Development is responsible for the individual development of high potential players. They will take part in First Team and B Team training sessions with a specific focus on certain development players. They will also be a general sounding board for the coaches at all levels to provide a different perspective on all relevant on-pitch matters.

Applicants should have a UEFA Pro License or a set qualification requirement and have an understanding technical details and football methodology. This is a long-term role and applications are being accepted until Sunday 20 December.
