We have announced a ticketing initiative that will see around 1,000 locals benefit from a free ticket to the forthcoming pre-season friendly with Real Betis on Saturday 30 July at Brentford Community Stadium.
Tickets have been made available to the Brentford FC Community Sports Trust partner schools and participants and to local residents. Key workers from the NHS, London Air Ambulance and Chiswick RNL will also be involved, with the tickets being a small appreciation for their ongoing service to the people of West London.
Local charities and foodbanks are part of the outreach programme as volunteers and those they serve within these organisations have been invited for the final pre-season game before the Premier League season kicks off.
Ukrainian families, new to London, who recently joined us at our ‘Brentford Welcomes’ event at the Community Stadium Hub last week, will also have the chance to cheer on the Bees against Real Betis.
Sally Stephens, Fan & Community Relations Director said: “Year-round, we work with the local community helping to support a range projects, charities and events.
“By giving away 1,000 tickets, we can open the doors of our stadium to many groups who wouldn’t normally get the chance to see the team in action. It’s a small token of our appreciation for the work that they do in and around Brentford.”
We take on Real Betis at Brentford Community Stadium on Saturday 30 July, 3pm kick-off. Tickets are available here
