Brentford FC are raising awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder. The Club was made aware of the condition by fan Billy Coleman, who was diagnosed with it late last year. It is condition in which there is a problem with the functioning of the nervous system with symptoms including paralysis, sensory disturbance (including visual loss), speech symptoms, and seizures.

Brentford fan Billy has been left paralysed on one side and unable to walk. He needs 24/7 care and his sight has been impacted. During our match against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, 20 March, the Club shared a petition to raise awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder.

Billy's story was also included as part of the commentary on Saturday's match. You can listen to that below. Please sign the petition to raise awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder.
