A Brentford fan will be walking from London to Southend overnight tonight.

Brentford play Southend United in an FA Cup with Budweiser Third Round tie tomorrow, Saturday January 5.

James Wicks will be making that journey but will be doing it differently – he will be walking.

James is trying to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation and will be leaving West London late this evening to walk the 50 miles to Southend.

It is just one aspect of James’ fund-raising in 2013 – he is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro later in the year.

He will be climbing the mountain, in Tanzania, which has a summit at 5,895 metres above sea level from March 8 to 17 as part of the BHF Action Challenge.
