An opportunity has arisen to join the Venue Sales Team at Brentford FC and assist with customer service for ticketing queries. The Club is advertising for a Venue Enquiries Executive to provide direct support in response to emails, calls and in-person enquiries. This role is an external-facing role and requires someone with a desire to help people, first and foremost.

Applicants should have the ability to work proactively and collaboratively with others within the organisation to provide a high-quality experience for fans. They will have strong communication skills both in person, over the phone and via written communications. There will be enquiries relating to, but not limited to, ticketing; upgrades, refunds, seat-moves, venue access, local area information, general venue enquiries, fan enquiries, memberships.
