Heading down to breakfast the day after match is always slightly easier for a squad on the back of a victory, particularly a 4-0 win. The B Team players got on with their day at 9am, starting with a bite to eat before going into an analysis meeting about the Kelty Hearts match.
Head Coach Kevin O'Connor and Coach Allan Steele ran through some positives and negatives of the team's performance and then the squad went off to the pool to get some recovery work in before training in the afternoon.
After some lunch, the team boarded the bus to Oriam, the performance centre and home base for the Scottish FA. It is also regularly used as a training centre by Scottish Premiership sides Heart of Midlothian and Hibernian FC.
The coaching staff took the squad through several exercises and drills, which were highlighted in our B Team training gallery that went live yesterday. View the gallery now.
Interview
We also caught up with Mads Bech Sørensen after training for a chat about the Kelty match, his place in the side and the upcoming Rangers clash.
He said: "It’s going to be a great game. It’s a great opportunity for us but hopefully we will play better than last time. We haven’t done anything specific ahead of that match yet, but we will work on that tomorrow in training. We are just going to play our own game and do what we are good at, then we'll try not to think too much about the opponents."

The Plan
Yesterday evening didn't see much in the way of activity from the B squad, Kevin O'Connor allowing his team some free time to relax before the training steps up a notch in the morning. Some of the team opted to go for a few rounds at the local driving range as a way to unwind.
Today (Tuesday 13), the lads are set for another training session at Oriam later this morning. From there the plan will be to complete some drills in preparation for Rangers before returning for an early night ahead of the match. The boys will no doubt take in the Brentford match versus Cardiff City live on sky from the rooms of their hotel.
There is still a chance for you to go to the game live at Griffin Park this evening. Tickets are available to previous purchasers online as well as in person from the Braemar Road Ticket Office. Buy a ticket here.
Updates from Scotland will continue on the Club's social media channels, look out for today's Behind The Scenes video, an interview with midfielder Ali Coote and a full B Team Match Preview.
