As we countdown to our first match in the Premier League, this Friday 13 August, against Arsenal (8pm kick-off), we wanted to give you an update on all matters concerning your access to the game.

Whilst Season Ticket Welcome Packs were posted out last Friday, we are aware that a number of our Season Ticket Holders still hadn’t received them as of this morning. Despite this, we remain confident that all Season Ticket Welcome Packs will have landed before Friday, but we also understand the anxiety this is causing for our most loyal fans and want to help provide peace of mind that you will be in the stadium on Friday.

Through your Ticketing Account, all Season Ticket Holders now have the option to activate Print-at-Home tickets for Friday’s match in the case that your Packs do not arrive in time.

We urge you to wait for as long as you feel comfortable for your Welcome Pack before using the Print-at-Home option, however this option is now available and can be activated by following these instructions here.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have activated the Print-at-Home option your Brentford Card will be deactivated for the Arsenal match and will not grant you entry for Friday night’s game. You must bring your Print-at-Home ticket to access the stadium.

Again, we expect that many packs will continue to be delivered over the next couple of days, and we would urge fans to wait until at least tomorrow’s post to see if their Welcome Packs arrive before activating the Print at Home option.

UPGRADES

We want to continue to help where supporters wish to upgrade a concession ticket to an adult ticket. However, our Venue Sales Team are extremely busy at the moment, so to make sure that your upgrade can be processed we strongly recommend coming to the Box Office in person to arrange this.

Our Box Office will be operating enhanced hours over the next three days to ensure our fans can be serviced.

Wednesday 9.30am - 5.30pm Thursday 9.30am - 7.30pm Friday from 9.30am

TRANSFERS

If you will not be attending Friday’s match, you can arrange transfers of tickets to your friends and family who are Brentford fans privately, either by sharing your Brentford Card or Print-at-Home ticket for this match (as long as the transfer takes place at or below the face value of the match in accordance with our Terms & Conditions).

We understand the anxiety that many of you will be feeling about getting your tickets for Friday’s match and hope this process goes some way to alleviating your concerns. The staff at the Club will be working tirelessly over the next 3 days to ensure all of our Season Ticket Holders are in their seats for the Premier League kick-off.

Thank you for your patience and support.
