In some instances that might not work so you'll find various contact details online here. One of the team will be able to help you.

For step by step help on a number of ticketing topics, please consult our 'How to' guides

Q: Can I buy tickets online?

A: You can buy tickets online here to see all games that are on sale. Before making any purchases, you will need to login to your account or register if you have not bought from Brentford FC before.

Q: How do I log in to my account online?
A: You can login here to your account.

Q: Which ticket category should I buy?
A: You should purchase the ticket that reflects your age as of 1 August in the given season. Our ticketing categories are as follows:

Adult - 25-64
Seniors - 65+
Young Persons - 18-24
Juniors - Under 18

Q: Can I purchase a ticket in the Away Stand at Griffin Park?
A: Please contact the visiting club's Ticket Office, they will issue all tickets for the Away Stand.

Q: How can I choose my seat online?
A: Once you are logged into your account and have chosen a particular game, choose the "Click here to select seats" button. This will take you to the stadium plan; here you can choose the stand, block and seats required.

Q: How can I buy a Family Area match ticket?
A: To purchase in the Family Area, you must be accompanied by a Junior. This is located in the New Road Stand in blocks N507 and N508. Single Adult tickets cannot be purchased in the Family Area.

Q: If the club are using Ticket Access Points to help manage access to tickets and we the fans are being allowed to purchase on behalf of our friends and family, is there a limit to the number of tickets we can purchase?
A: Fans who qualify (via their TAPs) will only be able to buy their ticket and a ticket for each of their friends and family who qualify. For example, if fans need 50 Ticket Access Points to buy on the first day of sales; fan A has 52 TAPs and has five friends and family he's connected with and two of them have 50 or more TAPs and the other three have less than 50 TAPs. Fan A can buy three tickets – one for each of the people who have 50+ TAPs. If Fan A wants to buy for himself and all five friends and family then he'll need to wait until the fan with the lowest number of TAPs qualifies for access.

Q: If I have friends and family connections that don't qualify at the same time as me? For example, if I have someone who has only purchased on General Sale connected to my account and I'm a Season Ticket Holder with enough TAPs to access on day one of sales could I purchase for my Friend?
A: No, as it is one per person. Only when your friend qualifies will you be able to purchase their ticket for them in order to sit together.

Q: I don't know my login details?
A: If you do not know your login details and you know you have an account, please DO NOT register a new account. Call or email the Ticket Office with your name, address and fan number – you will then be sent temporary login details to access your account.

Q: Why can't I login and buy tickets?
A: This could be for a number of reasons. The main reason is most likely that for this game you do not meet the criteria to purchase, i.e. you are not a Season Ticket Holder, Member or do not have a purchasing history. If that's not the case please do contact the Ticket Office on 0333 005 8521.

Q: How do I change Adult rate to Senior or Junior in the basket?
A: Select the drop-down menu where it says Adult, you'll see other options there. Select the one you require and update the basket. You should see the price and ticket type change.

Q: In my basket, it says "one or more customers do not qualify" what does this mean?
A: This means either you or your friends and family do not meet the criteria to buy tickets for that game. Therefore, if you have purchased tickets in the past and others haven't, you need to remove them from your basket to proceed to buy.

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: Home Tickets are limited to 4 per person. If you wish to enquire about a Group booking please see here and fill in our online form and the Ticket Office will be in touch. Away Tickets vary depending on the allocation provided by the host club.

Q: Will the Club be issuing new Brentford Cards ahead of the 2019/20 season?
A: Yes. The Club will issue new cards to all Season Ticket Holders and Club Members (including renewal).

Q: I have lost my Brentford Card which my Season Ticket is on. What should I do?
A: If you have lost your Brentford Card, you'll need to get a new one which incurs a £10 admin fee. We will process and upload all the fixtures onto your new Brentford Card. If you come along to the Ticket Office on the day of the game and haven't previously informed us you have lost your Brentford Card, there is a £5 admin fee for issuing a replacement ticket for the game and a £10 admin fee for a replacement card. It is best to advise us at least 48hours before a game if you have lost your Brentford Card to minimise fees. If however, your Brentford Card has been stolen and you can provide a police report number, we will replace it for free.

Q: On a matchday, I left my Brentford Card at home, or I forgot my print at home ticket, will I be charged extra to gain access to the match?
A: In this situation, you will need to visit the Ticket Office to obtain a paper ticket to enter the ground. All reprints incur a £5 admin fee.

Q: Can I change my Season Ticket to another age bracket?
A: Yes. The best way to do this is to call the Ticket Office at least 24hours before a game. A ticket will be issued in replacement after paying an upgrade fee, which can be collected or posted for a £1 fee.

Q: Do I get into the stadium with my Brentford Card having upgraded my Season Ticket?
A: No. You will need to use the replacement paper ticket for the game. Your Season Ticket on your Brentford Card will not get you access.

Q: Can I upgrade online?
A: No you cannot upgrade online. Please call the Ticket Office on 0333 005 8521, Monday-Friday from 10am until 4pm to arrange an upgrade.

Q: When will home games go on sale?
A: Initially fans will receive information via the Club's online communication channels advising of match ticket details and specifically when tickets will go on sale to different types of ticket purchasers (i.e. Season Ticket Holders, Club Members, Previous Purchasers). We'd also recommend you check your email preferences to ensure that you have opted in for club communications by email and mobile. You can see all games that are now on sale here.

Q: When will away games go on sale?
A: As soon as we have any information regarding tickets from the away club, we will inform fans via the Club's owned digital channels. You can see all games that are now on sale here.

Q: I've booked online, how will I receive my ticket?
A: Please check the fulfilment section on your e-mail confirmation. This will tell you if your ticket has been uploaded to your Brentford Card (Club Members only), is being posted, held for collection or if you chose an e-ticket to print at home.

Q: I am from overseas, how do I receive my ticket?
A: If you have an address outside the United Kingdom your ticket will be left for collection at the Ticket Office (located on Braemar Road); on non-matchdays from Monday-Friday (10am-12pm and 1pm-4pm), midweek matchdays 6pm until kick-off and weekend matchdays 10am until kick-off. Ticket collections are from the Collection Point in Braemar Road in front of the Ticket Office.

Q: When is the Ticket Office open?
A: The Ticket Office telephone line (0333 005 8521) is open from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. The Box Office will be closed Monday-Wednesday when there is no midweek fixture. When we have a midweek home match (Tuesday / Wednesday), the Box Office will remain open two working days before the game. On Matchday, we are open from 12pm - 5:30pm on weekend (3pm kick-off) and 10am - 10pm on mid-week (7.45pm kick-off).

Q: Do you have any car parking available on matchdays?
A: No, unfortunately, due to the limited size of our parking facilities we are unable to offer fans parking. There are pay and display car parks in the area but parking is very limited. Alternatively, Brentford Station is located 0.4 miles away from Griffin Park (approximately an eight-minute walk).

Q. I want to get the train to Brentford, where do I go?
A. The closest train station to Griffin Park is Brentford Station, the station offers over-ground/national rail services. Alternatively, if you are planning to travel on the London Underground the closest stations are South Ealing (Piccadilly Line) and Gunnersbury (District Line). From South Ealing you may also use the 65 bus into Brentford.

Q: Who do I need to contact for Disabled Tickets at Brentford Football Club?
A: Madeleine Tarrant can assist, you can e-mail her on mtarrant@brentfordfc.com or call the Ticket Office on 0333 005 8521.

Q: What is a booking/purchasing history?
A: This is a record of past ticket purchases made online, over the telephone or in person from the Ticket Office.

Q: How can I print off my e-ticket/Print-at-Home ticket?
A: When you receive your email receipt, attached to that is a PDF file, this file is your match e-ticket. You can identify this as it has a bar code which is required for entry into the stadium. You will need to print this page and bring it with you to Griffin Park on matchday.

Q: How long in advance are matches released for sale?
A: Home Match tickets go on sale around six to eight weeks prior to when the fixture is due to be played. Sales information will be released prior to this. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office.

Q: Why is there a limit per person on tickets?
A: The limit is to give as many people as possible a fair chance to attend the match.

Q: Can I collect my Away Tickets at the Away Club on matchday?
A: This varies from Club to Club, typically these need to be collected from Griffin Park during opening hours.

Q: When do tickets prices increase from advance prices to matchday prices?
A: Prices increase by £5 at 10am on the day of the fixture.

Q: I have purchased a home Match Ticket and now find out I cannot make the game, can I get a refund?
A: All home Match Tickets are non-refundable unless the fixture is postponed or abandoned.

Q: What does Brentford Card upload mean?
A: This means that a ticket you have bought for a home game has been loaded to your Brentford Card. Please use this card to enter the stadium.

Q: How do I add friends and family?
A: Log into your account and select Friends and Family under the Account Summary list on the right-hand side of the screen. Select ‘New’ to add a fan to your Friends and Family. If they are an existing fan with a fan number, you will need to enter this and their surname in order to add them. If they are a new fan without a registered account, you can add and register them under the New Contact option.

Q: How do I check how many Ticket Access Points I have?
A: TAPs can be viewed in your account summary when you first log into your account.

Q: Why didn't I get the rest of my Ticket Access Points, I purchased more than one ticket?
A: You only get Ticket Access Points for one ticket per game. If you are buying for others who are Members, you need to ensure you purchase under their account too, to ensure the correct Ticket Access Points are added. This cannot be amended after the purchase has been made.

Q: I chose for my tickets to be collected, can I change that to print at home?
A: No, once you have picked either post or collect, we cannot reverse your order unless we refund your purchase.

Q: What is a restricted view seat?
A: Restricted View is where you are able to watch the match but the view of one or more of the goals is severely obscured. These tickets are priced accordingly, with a discount on the advertised face value for that area. Restricted view tickets will only become available once all unrestricted view tickets have been sold. Ahead of booking, please contact the Ticket Office directly if you would like information on any specific view in the stadium. Call us on 0333 005 8521 or email tickets@brentfordfc.com.

Q: What is the Club's Ticket Exchange?

A: It's a service we offer to Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend Sky Bet Championship home games. Season Ticket Holders can release their seat using the Ticket Exchange and that seat will be made available to other Brentford supporters to purchase once the stadium is at 90% capacity. Brentford supporters then have the opportunity to purchase returned tickets online.

Q: I released my seat via the Ticket Exchange but it hasn't been sold. Will I still receive a credit against the cost of my Season Ticket next season?
A: No, credit towards your Season Ticket for the next campaign will only be applied if your seat has been sold.

Q: How do I release my seat via the Ticket Exchange?
A: Visit the Ticket Exchange 'How to' Guide for more information.

Q: Can a disabled supporter return their seats via the Ticket Exchange?
A: Disabled Season Ticket Holders are able to return their tickets via the Ticket Exchange. This can be done until kick-off on matchday. Please visit the Ticket Exchange online and follow the seat release instructions. Alternatively, contact the Ticket Office on 0333 005 8521, they will gladly assist.

Q: I have released my seat on the Ticket Exchange for a game I now want to attend but my seat has been sold, what do I do?
A: You will need to purchase a Match Ticket (subject to availability) at full price. You will not be able to get your seat back for this particular match.

Q: How can I find out if the seat I released via the Ticket Exchange has been sold for a specific match?
A: Details on this will be provided when the first match becomes available for resale.

Q: I originally released my seat via the Ticket Exchange, I changed my mind and purchased an alternative seat as my seat had already been sold. Will my card be activated for that match?
A: No, you will be issued with a paper ticket.

Q: What is a Buyback?
A: This is known as Ticket Exchange, where a Season Ticket Holder can return their seat via the Ticket Exchange. The Club will make the seat available for sale to other Brentford supporters once the stadium is at 90% capacity. However, there is no guarantee that the seat will be released by the Club or will be purchased if released.

Q: I have released my seat via the Ticket Exchange for a game I now want to attend, what do I do?
A: If your seat is still available, you can re-book it by logging in to your online account and selecting 'My Tickets' from the menu on the top right side of the screen. Find the game you want to attend and click 'Cancel Resale', your ticket(s) will then be removed from the Ticket Exchange. Alternatively, contact the Ticket Office on 0333 005 8521 who will gladly assist.

Q: How much credit will I receive against the cost of my Season Ticket next season?
A: When placing each ticket(s) on resale your credit will be displayed in your Resale Summary.

Q: If I don't renew my Season Ticket can I redeem my Ticket Exchange credit for cash or transfer to another Season Ticket?
A: Ticket Exchange credit can only be redeemed by renewing the Season Ticket that the credit was earned. Ticket Exchange credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Types of tickets available at the new stadium

2. What are the different types of tickets available at the new stadium?
At our new stadium, we have a number of different types of tickets available to suit all fans’ matchday preferences:

  • Premium seats in the Club Level areas offering three levels of packages: 1889, TW8 and Red & White. All Club Level packages provide padded seats on the upper tier, with access to an exclusive lounge area and a number of other benefits.
  • Premium Season Tickets that provide a high-backed, padded seat near the half-way line and the action on the pitch, with access to The Dugout sports bar concourse.
  • Season Tickets in each of the four stands around the ground, including a dedicated Family Area.
  • Match Tickets in each of the four stands around the ground (subject to availability).

The stadium map here shows the different seat locations and tickets, including the Family Area and areas for Away supporters. Unlike at Griffin Park, designated seats for fans with disabilities, including wheelchair spaces, seats for ambulant disabled and those requiring easy access, have been allocated in several areas around the stadium.

There is still limited availability remaining for premium seats in the Club Level packages and for the Premium Seat Tickets that have access to The Dugout sports bar concourse.

3. What’s included in my Season Ticket?
Season Tickets at our new stadium provide access to all home league matches, plus priority access to away league games and all cup games and priority access to additional home match tickets (after Club Members have bought their own ticket/s – subject to availability). Season Ticket Holders will also receive exclusive Match Ticket offers for friends and family and exclusive discounts and benefits.

4. Will there be anything special to mark the first Season Ticket Holders?
Buying a Season Ticket in our first season at our new stadium will give you ‘From Day One’ status. These Season Ticket Holders will be recognised by name at our new stadium and will receive a ‘From Day One’ pin badge as well as ongoing recognition of their ‘From Day One’ status.

Season Ticket prices

5. How much do Season Tickets cost and what concessions are there?
The Season Ticket prices (including concessions) are outlined on the newstadium.brentfordfc.com website here.

Early Bird prices will be valid until the end of April 2020 and will apply to all tickets bought during this timeframe, including new Season Ticket Holders introduced by existing Season Ticket Holders.

Season Ticket sales priority access windows and timeline

6. Who will be able to buy 2020/21 Season Tickets at the new stadium first?
The Season Ticket sales process has been designed to reward our most loyal supporters (whilst also allowing friends and family to sit together). The first invitations to buy will be sent to those fans who’ve had a Season Ticket for eight seasons or more.

7. Why are you only going back for the past eight seasons’ Season Ticket history?
The Club’s Season Ticket database extends back for eight seasons, so we do not have reliable evidence to track Season Ticket history before this date.

8. How will the priority to select seats at the new stadium work?
Appointment times to buy Season Tickets will be based on three factors:

  • Longevity – how long you have been a Season Ticket Holder (8 years+ through to 1 season)
  • Location – where you currently sit at Griffin Park
  • Loyalty – the number of Ticket Access Points (TAPs) you have

So, the first group invited to buy will be those who’ve had a Season Ticket for the last eight seasons or more. Within that group, fans who currently sit near the halfway line in both Braemar Road and New Road stands will be given first choice of seats in a similar area at the new stadium. Likewise, Season Ticket Holders currently standing on the Ealing Road Terrace will get first choice of seats behind the goal in the West Stand at the Brentford Community Stadium. In addition, appointment times within these sub-groups, will be sequenced based on the number of TAPs.

9. When will I be able to buy my Season Ticket?
The anticipated timings for priority booking windows are shown in the table below. Season Ticket Holders have also been sent a personal email indicating which group they are in and when their appointment time is likely to be and this has also confirmed in a letter from Chief Executive, Jon Varney

*Note: estimated sale dates are subject to change depending on the number of appointments required but we will keep fans updated of any major updates.

10. Will all the communication to fans be online? What about fans who don’t use email?
Communication to fans will be via various approaches including email, post and phone calls so that no fans will miss out on vital information about Season Ticket sales. However, all fans are strongly advised to check the information on their ticketing account to ensure it is up-to-date. If you are not receiving regular Club emails, it could be that you have ‘unsubscribed’ at some point. If you think this may be the case and would like to change your preferences but are not sure how please email us at enquiries@brentfordfc.com so we can investigate.

11. What happens if I miss my priority window during the sales process or if I’m going to be away during that time?
Our team will contact you prior to your appointment time to confirm the details of your appointment. Appointments can also take place by telephone if you are unable to come along to the Brentford Community Stadium Reservation Centre so we will make every effort to ensure that fans don’t miss their priority window. If this does happen, however, an appointment time can be made as soon as possible after this date. Please note, though that any tickets bought after the end of April 2020 will be charged at the post-Early Bird price and later appointment times will inevitably have less seats available to choose from.

How many new/additional season tickets can I purchase?

12. How many Season Tickets can I buy?
In order to ensure that fans can take full advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sit with friends and family at the new stadium, tickets can be bought on a ‘you plus two’ basis – subject to availability*. This will allow a Season Ticket Holder to bring along two other fans who may have held a Season Ticket for less time than themselves or to introduce new fans to the Club. *The take-up of ‘you plus two’ deal will be monitored daily and it may be changed at any point if we feel it might impact on the chance for existing Season Ticket Holders to buy a seat at the new stadium.

13. How can I ‘group up’ so that I can sit with a larger group of family and friends?
Season Ticket Holders can buy on a ‘you plus two’ basis but can also ‘group up’ with other Season Ticket Holders up to a maximum group size of 12 (assuming four Season Ticket Holders who each bring along two others). Groups need to appoint a group leader who should ideally be the person in the group who has held a Season Ticket for the longest time and has the most Ticket Access Points as they will receive the earliest appointment time. If you have more than 12 people that you want to sit with, please split into groups of 12 and specify the names of any other group leaders in the Special Requirements box when you set up your group. Our Reservation Centre team can then call you to discuss whether it’s possible for the groups to have appointment times close to each other.

14. Is it fair that fans can ‘jump up’ the priority queue by grouping up with others?
We have taken advice from industry ticket sales experts and from fan groups and have concluded that the fairest way to reward our most loyal fans but at the same time allow fans to take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sit with family members and friends is to combine the three-factor approach of longevity, location and loyalty with the chance to buy for two additional fans.

15. Why do some new fans get the chance to get their seat ahead of existing Season Ticket Holders?
Based on the experience from other stadia, we anticipate that a significant proportion of the ‘plus two’ fans will be existing Season Ticket Holders*. However, we do need to expand our fanbase to fill our new stadium and we believe the best way to do that is by allowing (and encouraging!) our existing fans to bring along new supporters – particularly close friends and family.

*The take-up of ‘you plus two’ deal will be monitored daily and it may be changed at any point if we feel it might impact on the chance for existing Season Ticket Holders to buy a seat at the new stadium.

16. Will new Season Ticket Holders affect the range of seats on offer to existing Season Ticket Holders?
The make-up of any groups will be assessed prior to the appointment time. For example, a group that’s made up of mainly new fans will be welcomed but the location of seats offered would be further away from the half-way line.

Choosing my seat and booking my appointment

17. What information and tools will be available to help me choose where to sit?
On the brentfordfc.com website you can already find some views and information about each stand that may help you to decide where you would like to sit, such as the anticipated atmosphere in each stand and the cost of the seats. In addition, Season Ticket Holders and Members will receive a Season Ticket brochure to provide more information ahead of tickets going on sale. At the Reservation Centre, we will also have additional views available as well as a virtual reality headset to help you to ‘experience’ what your new seat view will be like. We know that the decision about where to sit at the new stadium is a big one so we will have an expert team on hand at our Reservation Centre to guide you through the different options available to help make the best choice for you.

18. What is the Brentford Community Stadium Reservation Centre and why do I need to go there to buy my seat?
The Reservation Centre is a specially-designed building that’s been open since December 2018 for the sale of premium seats. You can come along and try out one of the seats that you will be sitting in, watch some of our latest videos, see the views from seats and immerse yourself in what the new stadium will be like. Our expert team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have before you make your final decision. It’s a big decision and we strongly recommend that you come along to our Reservation Centre so you can discuss this decision with our team. However, you can also opt for a telephone appointment if you are not able to get to the Reservation Centre. And you can also buy online directly at the end of your priority access window if you prefer.

19. Will I be able to visit the stadium to see my seat before I buy?
It won’t be possible to visit the stadium prior to buying a seat as it is a building site currently and we need everyone working there to be fully focused on getting the stadium ready for the opening date.

20. Will all the standard Season Tickets have better legroom and unobstructed views?
All seats at the new stadium are a minimum of 30mm (1.2 inches) wider and have significantly more leg room by circa 80mm (3 inches) compared to the seats at Griffin Park. All the seats on sale will have unobstructed views. When you visit the Reservation Centre for your appointment, you can try out one of the new seats.

21. If I currently sit on the half-way line at Braemar Road or New Road, what are the options for me?
At the new stadium, the seats directly on the half-way line in the South Stand have been reserved for premium seats in the Club Level and Premium Season Tickets (offering an enhanced matchday experience but still offering great value for money). However, there are also Season Tickets available in the South Stand that are slightly further from the half-way line – or alternatively there are half-way line seats available in the North Stand. Fans who sit closest to the half-way line currently at Griffin Park will be the first to choose the seats available in a similar area within their group. Likewise, fans who currently stand in the Ealing Road stand will be the first within their group to choose seats in the West Stand.

22. Will there be a standing area at the new stadium?
At the moment, legislation does not permit the installation of new standing areas at Championship grounds (a special dispensation was granted at Griffin Park due to the fact that we were already in the process of building a new all-seater stadium). Should the legislation change, the Club has made provision for rails to be added which could allow standing within the West Stand and in certain parts of the Away end. If fans do not want to stand in the future, or have fans in front of them standing, it would be advisable to avoid these areas at our new stadium. Prior to any legislation changes, we must stress that this is an all-seater stadium and we will require fans to sit during matches.

23. How do I book my appointment?
Our appointment system will go live in December and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to log in. This is a very easy-to-use system that’s been used by many other Clubs that allows you to go online to confirm your details, set up your group if you are buying more than one ticket and confirm your appointment time. If we don’t have your email address (or you don’t use email), we will call you to set up your account.

Fans should log in to the system as soon as you receive the email to check that your details are correct. Fans will also be encouraged to set up their groups as soon as the system is live to make sure you are ready and organised ahead of your appointment time and any queries you have can be resolved.

Season Ticket Holders can buy on a ‘you plus two’ basis but can also ‘group up’ with other Season Ticket Holders up to a maximum group size of 12 (assuming four Season Ticket Holders who each bring along two others). If you want to buy more than one Season Ticket, you need to appoint a group leader. The group leader should ideally be the person in the group who has held a Season Ticket for the longest time and has the most Ticket Access Points as they will receive the earliest appointment time.  If you have more than 12 people that you want to sit with, please split into groups of 12 and specify the names of any other group leaders in the Special Requirements box when you set up your group. Our Reservation Centre team can then call you to discuss whether it’s possible for the groups to have appointment times close to each other.

Payment options

24. Do I need to pay the full balance when I buy my Season Ticket?
For ease, we know that many fans prefer to pay in full when they buy their Season Ticket which will be easy to do. However, if you would prefer to spread the payment for your Season Ticket, we are offering an instalment approach. To secure your seat at the new stadium you will need to pay a 25 per cent non-refundable deposit (or the full balance). Any remaining balance can then either be collected in three instalments in March, April and May 2020 or alternatively the remaining balance can be paid in one further sum on 31 May 2020.

25. Why do I need to pay a non-refundable deposit?
We need to have accurate information on the seats that have been sold at all times in the process. Paying the non-refundable deposit, secures your seat at the new stadium and ensures that we know exactly which seats are still left for sale.

26. What are the different payment method options?
Payments will need to be made via a credit or debit card either over the phone or in person at the Reservation Centre – we will not be taking payments by cash. An instalment option is available for fans, the first of these payments is a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and you can then choose either to pay in three instalments during March, April and May 2020 or to pay the balance in one further sum on 31 May 2020. This instalment process is intended to replace the premium credit option offered for the 19/20 season.

27. If I’m in a group, will I need to pay the deposit for all members of the group?
Yes, you will need to be able to pay either the full amount or the non-refundable deposit for all members of the group. The easiest way to do this for those members of the group not attending the Reservation Centre is for them to be on stand-by by telephone to pay their own non-refundable deposit once the seat locations are confirmed. It won’t be possible to have seats ‘on hold’ as this will unfairly restrict the choice for other fans looking to buy at the same time.

28. Will I be able to use the credit on my account from the Ticket Exchange?
Credits gained during the 2019/20 season through the Ticket Exchange process, will be subtracted from the final instalment to be paid at the end of May 2020.

29. What happens after I’ve paid my non-refundable deposit?
You will receive both a paper and email copy confirming the payment of your non-refundable deposit and then you can relax and enjoy the rest of the season! Further instalments will then be taken as specified when you bought your ticket and you will receive email notifications of these payments.

What happens if I want to change my seat?

30. If I don’t like my seat after a few matches, will I be able to move?
We are trying to provide as much information and support as possible to help and advise fans so we don’t anticipate many people will want to move seat. We are aiming to sell all the Season Tickets on sale (and the stadium as a whole) so logistically it may not be possible to move seat. Taking this into account, the Club has decided not to put in place a standard system to accommodate seat moves but will consider requests on an exceptional basis on application to the Club via the Box Office or to enquiries@brentfordfc.com

What happens if I want to bring a friend, do I need to change seats?

31. Can I move my Season Ticket if I want to bring along other friends or family for particular matches?
The only way to guarantee that you can sit with your friends and family is to encourage them to buy a Season Ticket! Like many other Clubs, we are not proposing to offer temporary seat moves in this way.

I am not currently a Season Ticket Holder but want to buy one for the new stadium, how do I do this?

32. What happens if I’m not a Season Ticket Holder for the final season at Griffin Park (2019/20)?
There will be an opportunity for Members and then non-Season Ticket Holders to buy seats at our new stadium once all existing Season Ticket Holders have purchased their tickets. Members will be invited to buy first and then the sales process will be opened up to people who’ve bought tickets at Griffin Park before as well as those who may be completely new to the Club. We are anticipating that Members will be able to buy in April 2020, with any remaining tickets being offered first to those on the waiting list and then put on general sale from May 2020. Non-Members may want to consider becoming a Member to ensure an earlier appointment time that allows you to take advantage of the Early Bird pricing and have a wider choice of seats. (Note: these dates are subject to change depending on the number and progress of the appointments and the availability of Season Tickets remaining).

Premium Season Tickets details

Q: What is a Premium Season Ticket?

A: Premium Season Tickets are the first Season Tickets available to purchase at our new stadium (excluding Hospitality). On our stadium map here, they are located in blocks S103, S104 and S105 (in dark blue) and referred as Band P. Premium Season Ticket Holders will get exclusive access to the Dugout and more information including benefits and prices can be found here

Q: What is the Dugout?

A: The Dugout is an exclusive sports bar concourse for Premium Season Ticket Holders with a dedicated entrance.  There will be lots of TV screens in the concourse area so you can stay in touch with all the action from other matches and watch the build-up to the game and there will be plenty of food and drink options available.

Q: Will the Premium Season Ticket area be corporatein feel?

A: We expect most of the Premium Season Ticket area to be sold to existing fans, so it won’t have a corporate feel. It will however offer an enhanced matchday experience in terms of the comfort of the seat, location of seat and the sports bar concourse.

Q: Are there options for disabled fans in the Premium Season Ticket area?

A: Yes, we will have options for fans with disabilities and special access requirements in all parts of the ground. Please contact a member of our Reservation Centre team when you receive your appointment time and they will be delighted to assist you.

Sales process

Q: Who can buy a Premium Season Ticket?

A: Premium Season Tickets are available to existing Season Ticket Holders who have expressed an interest in buying before they go on wider sale to other fans on the waiting list (if tickets are still available). It’s very important to ensure you are on the list if you are interested in buying a Premium Season Ticket so please make sure you join the list here if you haven’t done so already.

Q: When can I buy my Premium Season Ticket?

A: Premium Season Tickets are now on sale. Existing Season Ticket Holders who have expressed an interest in buying a Premium Season Ticket before the deadline on Friday 27 September* will be contacted by email with an appointment time to come into our Reservation Centre to discuss and buy Premium Season Ticket/s.

*Note: it’s still possible to join the list after this date but your appointment time may be delayed as appointments may have already been allocated.

Q: When will my appointment be? Why haven’t I heard anything yet despite registering my interest online?

A: To ensure the process is as fair as possible and rewards our most loyal fans, appointments will be offered to fans in the order of how many seasons you’ve been a Season Ticket Holder. Those who’ve been with us for 8 consecutive seasons or more will be invited in first, followed by those who’ve been with us for 7 seasons and so on. Within those groups, appointments will be sequenced by the number of Ticket Access Points you have.

Q: When will the Reservation Centre be open?

A: Appointments will be offered at the Reservation Centre at the following times:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – from 10am to 6pm
  • Thursday – from 10am to 7pm
  • Saturday – 10am to 4pm on non-matchdays (10am to 1pm on matchdays)

Q: I’m not sure how long I’ve been a Season Ticket Holder for – can I find out?

A: We are contacting fans on the Premium Season Ticket waiting list to let you know which group you will be in. (Season Ticket Holders who are not interested in upgrading to Premium Season Tickets will be contacted prior to all other Season Tickets going on sale at the new stadium in January 2020).

Q: What happens if I can’t make my appointment time?

A: If you can’t make the appointment time you are allocated, please contact our team at the Reservation Centre as soon as possible so that we can rearrange this with you. (Contact details will be included in the email you receive).

Q: It’s not convenient for me to go into the Reservation Centre – can I buy my Premium Season Ticket over the phone?

A: We’d like to encourage fans to come into the Reservation Centre if at all possible so we can take you through the process face-to-face but if that’s not possible, we can arrange for your appointment time to be managed over the phone.

Q: How many Premium Season Tickets can I buy?

A: We want fans to be able to sit with friends and family – and also to encourage fans to bring along new friends and family to join us at our new stadium. Existing Season Ticket Holders will therefore be able to buy Premium Season Tickets on a ‘you plus two’ basis (subject to availability*). This will allow you to team up with others that you want to sit with, up to a maximum group size of 12 – assuming your group contains at least four Season Ticket Holders.**

*This will be strictly monitored and we reserve the right to amend this policy should sales exceed expectations. **Note: the make-up of your group may impact on where you can sit – larger groups with more new fans will need to move to less central locations to ensure that longer term fans are not unfairly displaced.

Q: What do I need to do now to make sure I’m in the queue for Premium Season Tickets?

A: The most important thing to do right now is to ensure that you have registered an interest in buying Premium Season Tickets here. It would also be a good idea to start thinking now about who you want to sit with and appoint a group leader if there are several of you in your group (ideally the person who has been a Season Ticket Holder the longest and who has the most Ticket Access Points as they will receive the earliest appointment time).  And make sure that your contact details are all up to date (particularly your mobile number) so that our Reservation Centre team can make contact easily.

Payment information

Q: How much do Premium Season Tickets cost? Are there any concessions?

A: Adult Premium Season Ticket Holders are available for £690.  There is one concession price for Seniors, Young Persons and Juniors. Full details are provided here – Premium Season Tickets are Band P.

Q: When do I need to pay for my Premium Season Ticket?

A: To secure your seat, you will need to pay a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit, with the remainder of the payment due by 31 May 2020*.  You can choose to pay the 75% balance in three monthly instalments at the end of March, April and May if you prefer and you can also choose to pay the full amount of your ticket when you secure your seat. *Future payments will be automated and will use the card details given you pay your deposit.

Q: If I’m in a group, will I need to pay the deposit for all members of the group?

A: It’s not necessary for all the members of the group to attend the appointment at the Reservation Centre, but we will need to be able to take the 25% deposit for all members of your group so they should be prepared to take a call from one of our Reservation Centre team to process this payment during your appointment. The outstanding balance for tickets will then be managed directly with each individual.
